"Willette Jones office is great. I love good customer service.. let's be real, there may be cheaper insurance out there, but at what cost. I believe you get what you pay for. I been with State farm for over 35 years. My life, cars, and homes are covered by State Farm. Anytime I needed help they have always been there for me. You reach out to your insurance in time of need. I for one don't want to go to some A I thing. I want a person to help me. Also someone who cares. That's what I get from State Farm."

"We’ve been with Willette for years (car, home) and luckily haven’t had many claims until recently. However, when our insurance needed, the claims process was easy (all done through the app), rental car provided and was seamlessly integrated into the process, and the entire claim was expeditious and professional."
